At Durable, we strive to provide high-quality software products that help you achieve your business goals. Our official refund and return policy is outlined below. By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
Durable offers a refund or replacement for products within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, this is not a "no-questions-asked" guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide evidence that you have attempted to use the product but encountered technical issues that we could not resolve.
Specifically, you must provide proof of attempting to make the product work for you (e.g., a screenshot of an Durable website you created, a blog post attempted, or a campaign setup). If the product has a technical error that prevents you from using it properly, and our support team cannot fix it, you will be eligible for a refund.
After 30 days, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
For products with recurring billing (subscriptions):
We are under no obligation to provide a refund in the following situations:
You are not permitted to continue using, exploiting, or distributing the product (assets) in any form. Continuing to use products for which you have received a refund is a violation of applicable intellectual property rights laws.
Customers requesting serial or repeated returns will be blocked from making further purchases. Durable reserves the right to revoke the return privileges of any customer who violates the terms of use or abuses our refund policy.
Please note that refunds typically take 3-4 business days to be processed and appear in your account. While we usually process the approval on the same day, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit. Refunds can only be credited back to the original method of payment.
